Information Systems degree + a postgrad in UX Design — equally comfortable talking architecture with engineers and defending design decisions to the business side.
My obsession with coherence started with my postgrad thesis on Apple's ecosystem — how every detail, from hardware to software, answers to the same system. I bring that same obsession to banks and fintechs today.
